About Kendra

Kendra started her career in the real estate industry in 2014 working for a home inspection company. She found her mentorship opportunity of a lifetime when Pat R. Spettel hired her to serve as his transaction and office manager. Pat trained her to negotiate, problem solve, and trusted her to manage his business for around 7 years until his passing in 2023. Together, they were selling around $12-18 million in production sales each year.  The skills and experience acquired through working for Pat was invaluable. To show her commitment and love for the industry, she obtained her Ohio Real Estate Brokers License at the age of 26.

She has a background in digital media marketing and loves to create. She's also had the opportunity to manage many construction and remodeling projects. She loves to help investors come up with ideas on how to add value to property for their investments to increase their profits, or help homeowners add value to their homes. She enjoys helping buyers visualize improvements for "fixer-uppers" to better fit their needs. 

She has two children, a 11 year-old daughter and a 6 year-old son. They are members of The First Church of Bellevue and she finds a lot of joy through being an active member of her community. She also serves on the board for Fireland's Habitat for Humanity in honor of her mentor, who was a long time board member and volunteers regularly. She truly feels called to help others, whether it may be in a personal setting or in her career, finding people housing and helping people build their businesses and accomplish their real estate goals.
